Without the fact find there's no import to create/find the account — pick the destination account to attach notes/tasks to:

Runs the same pipeline over every account in the source's firm.
A failing account is skipped and listed at the end; accounts already in
the destination are left alone, so a re-run is safe.

Users are never created (that would send real invitation emails). Each account's
adviser is matched to an existing destination user by email.
